The "move-out" thought bubble saga continues...

So for anyone who has been following my last post, I had a move-out thought bubble stuck on Zucker over the past 3 days.
Now today, upon loading my game, I got super excited when I saw that Hazel had a thought bubble... however; sadly, she wanted me to run an errand for her.
Then literally 20 mins later Hazel had yet another thought bubble... I was sure that this time she'd tell me she was thinking of moving out (from what I observed, the move-out thought bubble is not necessarily the first one that occurs) but she wanted to sell me a kimono.
I've been walking around endlessly for hours today, in fact wasted quite a good chunk of my time just observing my villagers go about their day and NOBODY seems to want to move out. I suppose I'll check back in the evening but I just think it's quite bizarre.

Sometimes the villager that wants to move will be the one that's crafting, or they will be in their house. So you just have to check back later to wait for them to come out of their house then they would have the thought bubble.

Okay, so after 3 days the bubble transferred to Peggy.
I did see her outside earlier though and she definitely didn't have it.
Sadly, she's not the one I want to leave so let's see what happens tomorrow.

remember to talk to zucker and any others you wanna keep, and ignore any you want to go. don't talk to hazel anymore- worked for me. octavian gets the thought bubble often but normally gives me clothes, while soleil yeeted after time travelling bc i avoided her

To be honest, that's not working for me.
The villagers wanting to move so far have been ones I interact with the most.
