I think it's so strange that I become so attached to my villagers. Just today stitches asked to buy a shirt that I had ordered and just received and I couldn't say no to him. I didn't want to make him sad, even though he isn't even real. Am I the only one who thinks this is a bit weird? Not complaining, I love my villagers to no extent. But on the other hand, has anyone else ever had a villager they hated for no reason? Or maybe for a reason? For me, it was Rosie. Don't get me wrong, she's cute... She was even a dreamie of my for a while. As soon as I got her, she just irritated me so much and I have no idea why! I think it's the peppy personality I don't like. Anybody else have villagers they love/hate?

The uchi personality type gets on my nerves but I'm going to have to suck it up and get that type of villager because they give the best PWP suggestions.
Also I had Scoot for a while (picked him up unintentionally from my cousin) and he looks like he has underwear on his head and I just was not a fan D:

Julian, oh Julian. He gives me crappy shirts and wants to buy Gracie furniture or good ones, and when I say no he gets all bummed out. Julian, why do I even send you refurbished furniture, you put the in retail or give them to me unfurbished. Why Julian, let me love you ;-;

Quillson. He was the first to move into my town when I started playing. He crushed my apple orchard and would not leave for a year. I really hate him for it. (I even dedicated a tombstone in my graveyard to him because of it.)

Ugh, yes. I have Pashmina the goat, and honestly... I can't say no to her too much, because I've had forever, but she annoys me so much sometimes. She always wear heinous clothing that catches on like a plague with my other villagers. For instance, right now, she's wearing this awful shirt that spread on to Lolly, Winnie, Apollo... It's bad.

Uchis and Jocks irritate me to no end. Mira and Genji are saved particularly because they're rabbits (which I like) and one of the few of each personality I could put up with. I already have all the Jock PWPs I want but I'm trying to maintain even balance between personalities.
On the other hand, I have three normals. Two are highly loved and I'll do everything to keep them for as long as possible. The third's house crushed my first (and only at the time) pear tree and I still haven't forgotten.

I know the community seems to be 50/50 but i really love Pietro. He is such a sweetheart and one of my favorite new leaf villagers and I personally hate clowns in real life but he's just a really nice animal in game and i never thought I would come to like him as much as I do now. I cycled 16 back for him and it was one of the best decisions in my animal crossing new leaf career.

I`m very attached to my villagers too, I don?t think it?s strange because we see our villagers almost every day and interact with them like we would do with friends. I would be somehow heartbroken, if one of my villagers would move out on me. It?s a natural thing to like our favourite villagers and we like to do their requests to make them happy.
I HATE QUILLSON!! I had him in my town and he had the same birthday as me... One of my dreamies went to his birthday and not mine! And then he wore the same shirt as me and he was trying to take my life and... *Deeply inhales and exhales* I am so glad I got that **** out of my town.

Kid Cat, though? I thought he was my jock dreamie, but he did nothing but annoy me when I had him. Then when I started trying to get him out of town, of course he talked to me and started saying things that would give me a soft spot for him. Bluh. I think with jocks, they're annoying to me at first but I need to get to know them because they do act differently once your friendship level is higher.
For now, though, I'm happy with my town makeup and don't want to bring a jock into the mix now that I'm finally free of them, haha.
