I take a deep breath and mutter, "Sorry..."

"No, Faye, you have nothing to be sorry for. It's that chick... Because of her, my brother and most of his crew went down with the ship..." I can feel tears welling up and I down the whole bottle to try and focus on something else.

 

[Myst]

I stand up and start to yell, growing angry, "THAT CHICK WAS ME!"

 

[Naiad]

I wince.

Where's Scott...?

 

[toxapex]

I nearly fall backward when Faye explodes. "Wh-... Huh?!"

 

[Myst]

I remark coldly, "That's right. It was me. Go ahead. Kill me. I have nothing left anyways..."

 

[Naiad]

I stand up slowly. ".... Faye, you have us."

 

[Myst]

I glare at Aria. "No, I don't. Admit it. You hate me."

 

[toxapex]

"I..." I lean back, staring at her. It was her the whole time...? And you slept with her... Oh god...

 

[Naiad]

"No, Faye, I don't." I approach her slowly.

 

[Myst]

"Aria, you do. Stop lying." I back away from her.

 

[Naiad]

"I don't hate you. I can't hate you, Faye." I continue moving closer.

 

[Myst]

"Stop... just stop lying..." My back hits the wall.

 

[Naiad]

"Give me a reason why I should hate you, if you're so convinced." I stand in front of her.

 

[Myst]

I gaze deeply into her eyes and softly say, "I told him..."

 

[Naiad]

I nod slowly. "I know."

 

[Myst]

"And...?" That's it... No explosion...?

 

[Naiad]

I smile softly. "That's it."

I touch my lower abdomen. "....The baby is still alive, Scott is still alive...... you're still alive. Everyone's alive."

 

[Myst]

I ask, shocked, "How can you be so... positive?"

 

[Naiad]

"... Because everyone has their own reasons for doing certain things."
