I just watched a video on it, and it seemed really small.. To anyone who has the game right now, is the island fun? (Not mini-games, I mean the outside island)
Lots of people are making mega bells on the island by fishing, capturing bugs and taking rare island fruits home to sell. It's summer bugs and fish all year round, so at night the pickings are even better, too.
If you like fishing, catching bugs, and swimming/diving, then yes it's fun. And it's a good way to earn money. Also, I really like the relaxing music that plays there at nighttime.
