The hybrids that just. won't. spawn.

So some of my hybrids are growing fantastically. My black tulip crop is fantastic, as are my black roses. Pink and orange roses are decent; same with pink and orange tulips and cosmos and orange pansies. My lilies are a bit less productive. Blue violets are okay too.

Purple pansies? Not a single one. Purple tulips? Nope. Black cosmos? One single spawn and nothing since. I water the area, I use fertilizer... all I get are more of the parent colors. (And yes, I have the correct combination of parent flowers to get those hybrid colors.) Do you have a particular hybrid that just doesn't want to spawn in your town?

Protip: Breed black cosmos from black/black, they can ONLY make black then. You'll have thousands.

Orange tulips were a pain in the butt for me. I was trying to breed from black/orange to narrow it down a bit (I like black and orange flowers, can you tell?) but invariably I got a black, not an orange. I ended up having twice as many blacks as oranges and I wanted to intersperse them equally! I gave up in the end and started breeding from fresh red/yellow, accepting the junk spawns in exchange for occasionally getting an orange and no more blacks.

Ugh, some of the hybrids just take forever to spawn. I had to TT (day by day) through almost an entire year before a blue rose ever spawned for me. I have more black, purple, orange, and red roses than I know what to do with. I'm going to try purple pansies next...this is sure to be painful ahah -.-

I don't actually recall purple tulips being too difficult for me. I just arranged a whole bunch of orange tulips in a checkerboard pattern and made sure to ONLY water those. Purples started popping up after a few days if I remember correctly c:

Blue roses and purple tulips are INFURIATINGLY challenging to grow... gah!

Black flowers just don't seem to grow in my town at all. Everything else seems to go well, I even tend to get them accidentally.

I have problems in my town as well sometimes. I can get a million black roses and orange roses but pink tulips, orange lilies, blue violets, etc won't breed. Like I put fertilizer on, but only after like 3 days of putting fertilizer on and watering will they breed, or if they breed they spit out normals. I only need one more blue violet but they won't give me another blue one! Same with orange lilies. They spit out yellows and reds and whites. Pink tulips just don't do anything. I only need like one more of those too.

OMG! A purple pansy spawned! FINALLY!!!! If someone has one purple pansy and two purple tulips, I'll trade hybrids I have that you need.

Right now my flowers are on an anti-hybrid strike. All the flowers I'm trying to breed just won't. I water them every day, but they just. won't. breed. I'm getting pretty frustrated with them right now.

It happens to me but it's always random which ones decide to be fussy. But I find that my roses multiply a lot easier than any of my other hybrids.

Pink roses.. They stopped spawning days and days ago. Idk why.

Once I got my first blue roses, they never stopped growing. I have the most of those and purple roses. It's my blue violets that never want to grow. Those were my first hybrids and they barely ever spawn.
And my blue pansies grow a bit faster but still barely. It can be really frustrating.
