Keep him. If you don't end up liking him, you can probably trade him for Raymond, or sell him for NMTs, so you can buy Raymond.

It’s your choice, but in NL I sacrificed Marshal in the campsite for my other favorite villager when I did the campsite method there.
If you want, it could be a good idea to invite him and sell or trade him for the Business cat or keep him as a permanent resident.

He seems nicer in NH, but if you want the business cat, you can keep going. Or you can sell Marshal for him.

update i just double checked my villagers, i might be have room for him AND hopefully Raymond but on another token im not sure if i wanna screw my chances
