Agreed. The bees are pretty bad but they're so common that it doesn't surprise or bother me anymore.

The tarantula on the other hand is so rare that when you do see one its a huge deal. Plus the fainting animation is hella creepy.

Pretty much this, my first encounter with a tarantula left me literally stunned while holding my game.

When I first played acww I was bored and I had an axe in my pocket (the acww card was my sisters game before she gave it to me because she got bored of it) and I cut down random tree and one of them had a bee and then I got stung. I thought it was funny so I shook random trees for the purpose of collecting money and getting stung by a bee. It cracked me up and the look of my person's face was funny and the music when you're getting chased/after you got stung was hilarious. Now it irritates me so much...

Bees do make a horrible noise. Really creepy.

It sounds like a chainsaw of sorts. I'd like to see a glitch where that becomes the sound everything makes. Animal talks to you? The bee sound plays. Walk into a house? Bee sound plays. I'd LOVE that!

The sound goes right through me, almost like when someone squeaks a balloon really loudly near your ear. It's really cringe-worthy, and I don't even like the creepy look of your character's eye when you're stung either.

It's one of the main reasons I don't shake trees, unless I'm near an open house nearby.

I used to hate in in Wild World. After a while, however, I became used to it, and now that I know how to catch bees they don't scare me as much anymore.

Oh yes, it freaks me out so bad that I'll hit start and save the game so I don't get stung. LOL I don't know why, but it IS a horrible sound!
