ok this guide will explain how to get all of the gold/silver tools except the timer because there is not gold or silver tmer
#1 the watering can
silver: Buy 50 bags of flowers from nook's and it will be mailed to you
gold:maintain a perfect town status for 15 days then talk to pelly to get it
#2 the shovel
silver: this is a little hard if you go to the city after eight on a random day and go straight right where the cones are and one of them is moved and there is a light go in to it to the ressetti survalence center where you will get the silver shovel
gold:bury a normal shouvel for four days then dig it up for gold
#3 the fishing rod
silver: Nook will randomly sell this in his store so basicly buy it
gold:catch every fish
#4 the net
silver: again tom nook randomly sells this so you just buy it
gold: catch every bug
#5 the slingshot
silver: Nook also sells this randomly so buy it(shoots 2 bullets)
gold:shoot eight presents out of the sky(shoots three bullets)
#6 the axe
silver:donate 700k to the town fund to get a foutain then you will have to answer serena the foutain spirits questions if you get lucky you might get it
gold(rare) you pretty much do the same thing but this one is harder to get you might just get your axe stolen or get it back
