I'm mostly up to date with it. All in all, it's damn ridiculous. The whole thing is over a word, Mojang had offered to adjust it to something with a prefix etc. but nope, not good enough for Zenimax.

From what Kotaku has been posting I have. It's pretty silly, but then again, I think half the court cases are silly.

yeah I saw an article on kotaku I just got annoyed with, claiming that mojang was the one threatening by trying to trademark their games name, which that would have been alright had bethesda backed off when they agreed to drop the trademark application. But the fact that they are continuing to court with it is silly. In legal areas sure might make more sense but I see it as an example as how legal issues have become distant from reality.
