Wait a minute - so, whenever I make an argument, it's spam, but whenever someone else argues, it's legitimate? What does that even mean - "Delibertly diffilcult"? I'm not being "difficult," it's an argument. I am not "flaming" to whoever said that, this is a civil debate - everything I say is substantive and based on fact.

Im waitting to see if it comes out at 6 this evening that is when the game can legally be released. Dont ask how it has to do with a loop hole in the law but some retaillers are wise to it. They just have to wait for head office.
That being said the loophole closes if Nintendo send a personal warning to the retailers.
