The DS's success has GOT to be from casual gamers

I can't tell you how many younger girls I've seen with a DS (omg g1rLs plai videojame!!1). So while normal gamers are playing as usual, Nintendo has done exactly what they wanted to do: appeal to other people as well.

What I love about the DS is the great mix between casual and hardcore, something Wii hasn't yet been able to do. I'll give the Wii some time, though... The DS was horrible a year after launch.
