Dreamy Party Popper giveaway!

Because I earned a Dreamy Party Popper from participating in the New Years events here on TBT and I wanted to give away a dreamy party popper to someone that wants one, I decided to host this giveaway.

Rules:

1. You may only post once to enter. Any subsequent posts will not be counted as entries. I will be picking the winner with a random number generator based on post order (just like in the Wix candy giveaway I hosted).
2. I realize most people will already have this collectible, so if you want a second one you’re still free to enter the giveaway! But please don’t sell the collectible if you win. Use it in your lineup or at least keep it in your inventory. Anyone that is found to have sold the collectible once having won it will be BANNED from my future giveaways.
3. Make sure to include the words “hopes and dreams” in your post to show that you have read the rules.
4. Have fun!
