Been a long while since I've done this but here are all 3 of my islands. (I say three because I got a Switch 2 and I created a 3rd island)

Main Island: The Oaks DA-7741-3332-0854
2nd Island: Bay Ridge DA-6332-2103-7981
3rd Island: Destiny DA-7266-1085-4571

Just note that I didn't have a theme for them; I just went in and did whatever stood out to me. I ensured the navigation was straightforward so that you wouldn't get lost.

this one is not done yet. im still working on all my player houses.

edit: i started working on a farm / orchard build. i got some of the farm plots done. im still working on the others. DA - 0705 - 4855 - 1183

edit: the farm / orchard island is done. player houses are all decorated. villager houses are not decorated.
