Patty the peppy cow is in boxes, if nobody claims her in 10 minutes I'll void her.

You make a new character on the day that you know a villager will be plotting their house. If you don't like where the plot is, press home and exit the game. Then continue the cycle. Basically you just keep making a new character until you see the plot somewhere you like, then you talk to Isabelle and make a house, and the game will save. Then you demolish the new character's house after that.

Hmm. I talked to every villager every day and I was able to move out each villager I didn't like within only a couple hours. And I hit them with my net sometimes LOL.
