Schedule appointments for housing counseling. Provide housing referrals to clients. Filing/faxing/ photo copying and other office duties as required. Answering multi-line phone system. Process and refer voice mail messages from telephone voice mail system. Data entry of confidential client information. Refer calls to appropriate staff member and/or take messages.
