I hope you've been taking good care of yourself. Well fed and watered? How long have you been sitting down? You really should get up and walk around a bit every hour or so. Even better, when you're up, go get a drink! Preferably water. But hey, I'm not your boss. And try to sit up straight when you're sitting, for goodness' sake! Now go get some sleep, you look like you need it.
