I don't know, but from other Wii game reviews, the sideways-Wiimote-as-a-steering wheel control scheme usually gets bashed. Do you think controlling in Mario Kart Wii will be harder or easier, and is there a possibility of a more classic control option, like with the VC controller?

There was a screen with GCN controls, so I'm assuming all three work. All three being GCN, VC, and Wii Remote.

You actually can put the Wiimote in a steering wheel.

Most of us had our doubts about the Wii's controls at first but now a lot of us enjoy it. I trust Nintendo when it comes to controls.

That sounds great, that way everybody's happy. I think I'll focus on using the VC controller, as I spent 20 bucks on it. I've played the two NFS games for Wii, the controls don't seem too bad.

Well, yeah. The steering wheel will definitely make for a more comfortable play, methinks. It does look pretty small and light, I was hoping for something a little heavier, to provide a bit of resistance when turning.
