The CAT Machine

Why do we have to go to the machine to get the coupons in the first place.
When we complete a task and we get the stamp for it, just give us the coupons right then and there.

Totally agree with this. Plus I feel like the interface for the CAT Machine looks unfinished, like it was a part of something bigger that didn't entirely come to fruition. When you pick up the coupons they all bundle into the same slot and the rest is blank, it feels like something is missing or they just didn't think its design through. I don't have a problem with the machine's design, but I think it's implementation is a bit pointless and adds unnecessary fluff.

I don't think the Cat Machine looks that bad. I'm probably the only person who's not bothered by it xD My town-hall is fairytale themed, but I think it blends in perfectly with my town. It would be cool if their was a customization option though;;

I actually think that the CAT machine is pretty adorable - it looks like a kitty cat head, so I'm not sure how else it's supposed to look...? Also, it's so small, I don't think it has the capability to truly detract from whatever look you are trying to achieve with your town.

or move it inside the town hall so you dont have to hear that constant beeping noise if you get new tickets

I agree, I think the CAT machine could be used for exchanging coupon for bells and such.

You should be able to customize it, like how we can customize the train station once we get 100 visits, we should be able to customize the CAT Machine once we get 200 MEOW Coupons or something, anyone agree?

It doesn't really bother me, since when people come look at my town, no one really looks at the Town Hall, but i guess it bothers some people with Town Halls near the train station, so people come and enter, and see it every time they come.

I'd rather forget about it than have it stand out so I'll notice it every time. After all, every time you'd want to buy something from the campground, you'll most likely remember to check your coupons there.

Yeah, I feel ya. I don't check my coupons with the machine though, I check through my profile/player card. And I hardly use coupons anyway since I don't have any of the cool new amiibo cards, so I guess I'm set lol

This is how I feel about it too! I just forget it's there now, even though it's bright orange. I haven't remodelled my town hall yet so maybe it blends better against the default building, but if it wasn't for the beeping I really wouldn't notice it. I never thought about customising it but now that you mention it I'm more surprised that the option wasn't included. Seems like an oversight on Nintendo's part.

Yeah, it would've been cool to at least have a zen/modern/fairy-tale option for people with themed towns. Or maybe they should've put it near/in the campground or train station instead. But maybe Nintendo didn't bother because they assumed most people wouldn't think much of it? Which I personally don't tbh, since I'm still shocked I'm able to walk right past the thing and not even notice it~

When I first saw it I said WHY Nintendo?? It so tacky and they didn't need to put it in front of the City Hall. The thing looks like a parking meter. If you are close to it the thing goes off before you even get the stamp. I tried using a axe to chopped it down but it didn't work. It looks horrible in front of my Fairytale town with pink/white flowers.
