Yay! I have been trying to get the brick bridge for soooooo long and now it's finally suggested!
I'd thought I'd immediately start building it, but the spot was too close to my house unfortunately :c

Luckily, I found another good spot, but I'm a bit disappointed.

Have you ever had something like this? Maybe with another PWP?

I waited for ages to get the fairytale bridge suggestion so I could put it diagonally across my river in the middle of my town. Turns out the place I wanted it was too close to the cafe (it's not actually too close, it's just Isabelle being difficult). So I never did get to use it
:( didn't want to change all my bridges, how I've done the town that area with the fairytale bridge would have been like a magical walk. Had great plans for it...so that was disappointing to say the least

I had a perfect spot for a bridge, but I noticed that waaayyyy after I built my house. So, of course, my house was in the way. But oh well, the bridges are on good spots now too. I was just a bit disappointed. :p

i waited for the modern bridge to put it close to the picture and gyroid house im working on
but once i finish demolished the cobblestone bridge to put modern
i couldn't put it no more because of lionel house
and when you look at that spot
it fits perfectly in that spot

I waited long for the modern bridge to appear too, and when it did, it was kinda disappointing cus it didnt really matched my town's look plus I couldnt get where I wanted to be anyway :c Having a bridge that goes curved and up was also more interesting hehe

Yep I placed my path to where I wanted my brick bridge to be but it just wouldn't line up with my pthas Dx

But uh didnt you see the picture

Before I built my cafe, I placed a suspension bridge in the middle of my river, in the perfect spot. I built my cafe shortly after and it looked really nice. I especially liked that you couldn't see the bridge until you walked behind the cafe. When I got the fairy tale bridge pwp (after waiting for sooo long to get it), I demolished my suspension bridge only to be told by Isabelle that I couldn't build a new bridge in the same spot because it was too close to the cafe. I'm still mad about it -__-

I waited literally months to get the brick bridge for my original Kairos town, so I was really excited when Colton finally stepped up. I demolished a cobblestone bridge to put the brick one in it's place, but turns out it was too close to Flora's house on the other side of the river...despite the fact that she moved in perfectly fine with the original cobblestone bridge. And before that incident, I had to demolish my 2nd bridge because Bones moved right in front of it, so I wanted to move it elsewhere....turns out there was nowhere to move it. It was always too close to "something else." That being said, I was stuck with only one bridge in the entire village. Basically the final straw of B.S that caused me to reset lol.

If I demolish any of my bridges, I can't get them back. One is close to the campsite, one is close to the cafe, and one is close to my lighthouse...

I made the mistake of building the lighthouse first, so then I had to demolish so I could add the bridge, but before I managed to get the lighthouse plopped back down a villager moved right in the middle. It was a frustrating 3 months trying to get them to leave...

luckily, i prefer the default bridge, otherwise i'd be really peeved

This happened to me, but it's not nearly as much as a problem anymore.

I got the brick bridge PWP and I wanted to put in directly in front of my house. Of course, silly me didn't know the space requirements for said bridge. I placed it over to the left, so it's all good now. :)
I recently experienced an issue with another bridge.
Chief finally suggested the wooden bridge, and I was so happy! The thing is, Leonardo's plot was RIGHT in front of where I wanted the bridge before he even moved there. I had to wait for him to leave, but he's gone now!

Right now I have two locations where I want to build bridges and they are both blocked by resident houses :( I have to wait until Lolly and Pudge move out. I'm kind of sad because I like Pudge and he's my mayor's neighbour which is nice. I'm also a little worried that all my cafe locations will be either disrupted by cliffs or rocks (forgot what the spacing rule was). Hopefully once more villagers come and go I'll get a better idea of where I want my permanent PWPs.

If anyone wants to give Lolly or Pudge a good home, leave me a VM!

I had this same problem with a bridge :( I wanted to have all 3 bridges be diagonal in my second town but Isabelle wouldn't let me build it over this corner because the gap is too big.

Had a similar problem. I had a place to build my last bridge but i couldnt build it there and then couldnt build at another spot because the river was too wide so I had to move it and now i feel like two of my bridges are pretty close.
