Gengar is a Special Attack major, so teach him Special moves (i.e. Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt)

Dunsparce is a flinch/secondary effect pokemon, so catch a Dunsparce with Serene Grace and teach it moves like Rock Slide, Headbutt, Thunder Wave, etc.

For Gengar, go with:

Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast (for normal, dark and steel types)

and for the last move I'd go with Destiny Bond.
