This is an official announcement of something that has been in devolopment for quite some time now and that many of you may have been suspecting or may have already heard about.

The Bell Tree will soon have a website which will have content for Animal Crossing, other video games, and TBT in general. Instead of thinking of the future site as a website for the forums, think of the site as TBT, because it will be. Unlike TBT's previous sites, it does not use a template or portal site, and this site will be "permanent". It is not just an addition to the forum, or a single blog, we have big plans.

You may be wondering how far we are going to go with the site and what things will be on it. I think you will find that the site will be used for a large variety of things, here are just a few:
  • TBT + AC news
  • AC "real time" fanfics and diaries
  • AC guides and articles
  • Video game news/blog (which will be taking the place of the previous blog)
  • Video game articles
  • Clubs
So what is the difference between TBT and other AC sites? TBT will be more based on the community. After all, that is what it was founded for. Also, we are giving the opportunity to any members, not just staff, to add content and help with the site. Certain sections will be lead by members and it'll be pretty fun. Together, we will create the best AC community on the net!

We have plans to open the website sometime in October. I will be posting more news about the progress of the site before that time is up of course. Please share your own ideas for the site and your thoughts on this announcment here:
