Yes, it is profanity, or at least it can be considered that. So, since the profanity rule only allows certain words, and what you mentioned isn't one of them, I'm afraid it's not allowed on TBT.

Quoted from the ToS:

"By creating a board or using an Owner Account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the Terms of Use at all times and to any changes made to these terms thereafter. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age in order to create a board. Unauthorized underage users will therefore have their boards and accounts deleted without notice upon discovery."

That means that only the owner, in this case Storm, would have to be 13 or older, which he is. It does not say anthing about user registration. I did not see anything else about age in the ToS.

Just thought I would point that out.
