Cheri just suggested the Metal Bench. I can't build it until Monday because of the events. Even more ironically is Cheri's house is in the way of where I want to put one of these benches.

The metal bench is awesome looking, grats! I kinda had the same problem happen tho when Phoebe suggested the wisteria trellis thing, because her house is in the spot I would want to put it the most, lol.

Yup, sounds like she's got to move out...I wish people could control where their villagers moved without any sort of trick. Just say "Move over there!" and boom, there they go.
Nintendo, that's a wish for the future...
