Im going to act like a child and not build any public works project for this town since villagers are refusing to move out of the way. So unlike Ossipri where I rage restarted, this town is just not going to get developed ever. No lighthouse, no wind turbine, no more benches, no rack of rice, no scarecrow, no fence, no nothing. Strike.

Im going to be working on my house and my museum. Villagers want Public works projects, I want 4 of them to move, so I guess none of us are getting what we want lol

Oh and I guess I can revel my towns name, mayors name and villagers, My town's name is Zenwood, my mayors name is Frances (which is my real name) and my villagers are Jitters, Jeremiah, Margie, Twiggy, Mallary, Ricky, Deirdre, Kyle, Walt and I got Avery from the Campsite. I said I wasnt going to reveal this stuff but this town is never going to get done so why not. they are just names. Im still not sharing any pictures (except the two i already shown) because I want at least one thing to be a surprise when I actually reveal my town. I still am going to be working on Zenwoods landscaping in private. I digress.

Yeah, I plot reset. The four villagers who are in the way are starters and the one starter who is not in the way is Jitters and ironically and annoyingly hes the only one of my starters who pinged me to move.

That what Cranston was in Ossipri, that thing that wouldnt leave.

To be honest, Twiggy isnt really all that in the way, now that I think about it. Its Margie, especially and Jeremiah is annoyingly in the way too.

This must suck:( hope it gets sorted out.

Yeah, it does such but hey, at least I get to use my money towards my house. So its not really a complete loss. My house is going to look so amazing, the town, not so much lol except in a few select areas.

I dont time travel and I dont have amiibos. I was thinking about getting some though. If they still sell them that is.

It takes a lot of hours, but plot resetting is super useful. Just cover all the paths and of course the starters will plot into the same spot a lot, but you just keep at it until they don't go there. And then you cover that spot with paths and follow that pattern until everyone is where you want them. It is tiring work, but the results are worth it.

Also amiibo scans will kick those villagers bedded in like ticks right away. You could probably buy a random pack and use them to kick the starters out. Even if they aren't the ones you like, they'd get rid of the bad plots and move where you want them. Then you could move them out also later on and another villager would be more likely to plot where they were (which is where you'd want them anyway)

The game is supposed to be fun. So if you'r denying yourself the fun/freedom by going on strike on inanimate villagers who have no thought on your action whatsoever, then you have to sit back and think if this game is truly fun for you.

Oh believe me, Im having plenty of fun, if I wasnt, I would have sold this game a long time ago. And Im working on my house and my museum, so Im not really denying myself the fun or freedom of this game. Im just not focusing on the landscaping or PwPs. That's what I meant by strike. I am fully aware that these villagers are fake and this strike isnt going to do swat. Im not delusional. I just have an imagination, and a big and vivid one at that. So I like to think its affecting them in some way but Im fully aware its not. I havent completely lost my mind yet. It's probably going to get lost soon though events that have nothing to do with this game. lol

Well if you don't give them the roost, you can deny them their caffeine dose. Then they'll have to go to Redd for their fixes.

I've gone on strike before as well and not paid off a public works project. I left it for a couple of months and a quarter of it got paid off

I would advise against using amiibos to boot villagers out.

Amiibo scanned villagers have a much lower chance of moving than non-scanned villagers, meaning they'll be in your town for quite a while. Also when plot resetting I found that amiibo villagers really like plotting in exactly the same space as the villager they're booting out. :I
