Unfortunately, this happens to me a lot since my dad is friends with my biology teacher (that I had last year). It doesn't help that he has a bad reputation of being a stoner.

That awkward moment when you try to join in on a conversation but the exact mili-second you were about to talk, someone just yells out what they were going to say. And when you DO say something, you get ignored.

Haha, yeah I'm in the same situation. My dad is friends with my Digital Media teacher, and I actually knew him before I took the class, which was still kinda of weird. Lol, a teacher stoner though? is he like 20

No, he's in his 50's XD He has a son who's currently a freshmen.
