I found a nice Mario Paint video that shows the notes for the them pretty well. So I'm going to give this a shot.

Timing redstone torches + 2 octave limit + NOTEBLOCKS CHANGING SOUND DUE TO BLOCK TYPE + ineptitude is keeping <3 from happening.
