Tent Questions! Please help!

1. Why do tenter's appear if you have no space?

2. Why can't you get the move in dialog if you know a villager is MOVING soon? Boxed villagers do it!

3. I know odds are slim for a out of towner to nab a tenter, but do you have more odds if you keep visiting the town? Or Local or wireless?

Why my frenzy over the tenter?
My main town that's booked with 10 villagers got a well loved tenter today... I have a stupid chicken (Becky) moving soon but my cycle town has two free spaces! I don't want another beloved villager to escape my tent! .... It happens way to much on my main, I'll get no tenters when I have space only when I have NO space.. its weird.

Assistance would be awesome! Cause I want her in my cycle town!
No I won't tell who, cause if I nab her I want her to be a surprise to those dreamie hunters! <3

From everything I've read, the game just won't allow you to recruit a camper unless you're already down to 9, and you can't get a camper from a town not your own. Sorry to confirm bad news, though!

Just yesterday I posted a thread about this because I just had the very same scenario in my town ... I have ten villagers and Bianca had pinged telling me she was moving out in four days. I agreed because Diana, who I prefer over Bianca, moved into my campsite.
Sadly, there was nothing I could do about it.
I think it very bad of the ACNL Nintendo game engine to pull such a prank! (Laughing bitterly)
Why put someone in the campsite if there is no village space for them!? *SIGH*
I guess the only bright spot was that it wasn't Ankha or Marshall in the campsite ... LOL ... Then there would have been some serious sobbing!
