Teddy's interior?

Hey everyone! I know there are already various databases of villager house interiors for NH both here and on other sites, but I've been unable to find Teddy's anywhere I've looked, so: does anyone know what his default interior is meant to look like? He was my starter jock, and for those who don't know, your first 5 villagers have a generic "starter" interior that's set per personality type--for example, all lazies start with a dirt floor, and all peppies have a super pink house with a bunk bed, and they never end up upgrading to their real house. For the entire month that NH has been out I've never managed to see what Teddy's house is really supposed to look like in this game and it's ridiculously bland and boring as it is So if anyone has a screenshot of his actual default interior that he'd have if he moved in after you get the campsite, I would really love to see it!

Woah, were Teddy and Reneigh your first 2 villagers? If so then we got the same ones! Luckily, I actually do have Reneigh's real interior as I was able to trade her to a friend of mine and then have him trade her back to me, and she ended up with her real interior and still remembered me (though I haven't had a chance to do the same with Teddy so far)! She's not at home in my game atm but I was actually able to find a screenshot of her house on one of the sites where I went unsuccessfully looking for Teddy's, so here it is:

It's much cuter than the default one and I really wish your first 5 villagers would gradually upgrade to their real interiors over time.

That’s awesome! Reneigh’s house on my island is a mess but I actually love her now and don’t care. I love when she awkwardly runs lol. My other villagers that have the default interiors are Wade and Twiggy, but I won’t have them around forever because they aren’t personal favorites. Anyway thanks for the screenshot!

I hope it's okay to bump this, it's been a good while since I posted it and I still haven't managed to find Teddy's real interior anywhere and it's lowkey making me angry Nookipedia only has the exterior, which I don't need to see because I have him. Is there really nobody who can show it to me?

thank you so much omg!! i thought i looked on twitter but i guess i didn't come across that particular tweet, so i really appreciate this. that's quite a bit different from his NL house but somehow seems to suit him better!

You're welcome! I actually had that tweet saved because I also have Teddy as a starting villager and wanted to know what his normal house looked like. In the end I decided to just keep him in his starter house, though I did give him some extra furniture so it looks a little more cozy now.

Yeah I really dislike how their houses don't ever upgrade... tried doing the same with Reneigh but she won't put up more than 2 items I send her (plus she didn't even replace the sleeping bag with the bed I gave her! She has a bed AND a sleeping bag, so annoying lol)

Absolutely, it fits him amazingly and it goes great with the exterior! Will definitely do a little neighborhood with him, Molly and Beau as their exteriors are practically identical :3

Yeah, I had to dig through Twitter a bit to find it originally!

I agree that it does suit him better. I mean, a bear should live in the woods and thus have a cabin, right? Although I did love how dapper and sophisticated his NL house was! It gave the impression that he had a hidden side to his personality where he secretly loved playing the piano and being all classy in private. Then he'd go out in public and be back to pretending to be a total meathead. LOL

I got Teddy to put out a few things! I gave him a sofa, bed, moss ball, and record player. His house still looks somewhat barren, but I gave him a nice patio to compensate! I just really wish you could get them to change their flooring and wallpaper...

Chief and Teddy both did the same thing to me LOL, with Chief I don't have him as a starter but I simply don't like the cardboard bed he has now so I wanted to replace it... he now has this awesome-looking bed I customized for him (to match something else I gave him that he luckily did use correctly) and a cardboard bed! It's so silly, I wish the AI was just a little bit smarter and that they could use wallpapers and flooring that you give them.

Oh wow! I've been struggling to make them actually use the furniture I give them, definitely wish I could gift them wallpaper or rugs... I need to fix Skye's house lol

I actually love that concept lol, I think I'm gonna start trying to gift him some classier stuff to match his NL house as well as the stuff that should be in his actual NH house and just hope he uses some combination of it! I already gifted him a few random things before and he used some of them, but his house still looks super barren and bland. Especially since he replaced the cute log chair I gave him with a bug
