I thought my perfect town needed some fresh blood, so I moved out Flora and moved in giant jock bear Teddy. He lumbers into town wearing his clover shirt and immediately decimates my perfect peach grove filled with four leaf clovers. This might make some people crazy. But this is one of the reasons I LOVE AC so much! That is exactly what a giant, *****y bear would do! Barrel into town, knock down yoir trees, destroy your carefully manicured flowers and leave a trail of mayhem in his wake. It is utterly charming and reminds me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And I think Teddy is beautiful. I think I'm gonna move giant Paula in next... get ready Cocoplum!

why would you ruin your town like that...

just kidding, it's great that you like him lol ^^ I'd be suuper annoyed if that happened to me though

i will kill any animal that dares to wreck havoc in my town. this is my first time i hear someone that likes to have their town messed up though lol

I agree. :) I don't think I'd be as happy as you,- but still enjoy using a more organic form of gameplay.

I have never plot reset, and like to see where they will show up. I would be mad about the clovers, but also find it funny. If anything Tom Nook is to blame--not the villagers as the real estate is the one who puts up the homes.

I originally didn't even want to chop down trees to make my paths--instead making paths that wound around trees. But then that got too messy so I had to chop down some trees.

It was fun chopping down the trees...wait what were we talking about again? :P

Haha, that's great! I'd probably be pretty mad, but that might be because of the time when Colton destroyed my perfect orange tree. My first, and only, perfect orange tree. That's why I plot reset XD

Also, I definitely recommend Paula! She's sweet, and even though both her and Pashmina are uchis, she's much calmer, and closer to a normal villager. I think it's because she's a hippie. So she'll probably move in with the trees and such.

Huh.. that's actually a pretty nice way to look at it. I would have probably nonstop TT'd until he pinged me to leave.. and maybe hit him with a net a couple of times after that.. oh, and put some pitfalls in front of his house.. yeah, I would pretty much kill him..

Keeps things interesting when they annihilate your town, eh? :P
Also, Teddy and I share a birthday, woop! I think he's adorable.

The opposite happened when big Nate moved into my town.He plotted in the perfect spot after only three or four tries...close to the mayor's house (but not too close) and right in the middle of the empty area between my paths.Plus,on top of that,he's been a very good bear so far.

Awww I LOVE your attitude about this Dorian!!!!! I need to be way less spastic about my map and where my villagers are...I love them and I should stop worrying so much about how my map looks compared to other people!!! :>

Agreed, Peony :) Because of this, I am literally considering redesigning my entire town into something new and fresh! Maybe a giant teddy bear town full of log benches and flowery trails. I am SO excited about starting over and giving Cocoplum a breath of fresh air!

I love the positive attitude about it! I'd probably be really upset and angry. Hmm, but next time if a villager is going to move in, maybe you can pick up your clovers or hybrids or what have you just in case? That way you don't have to plot reset but you don't lose precious rare stuff either.

Honestly this will keep you on your toes and have you redesigning. I imagine that if you had your town just as you wanted it, it be great but quickly get stale and boring.

You're much more forgiving than I am. It drives me up the wall when that happens. I start abusing them to make them leave even though I know it won't work. But it makes me feel a little better.

This is why I don't plot reset. I like to go with the flow; it keeps the game interesting for me. I think when you micro-manage every little detail, it feels more like a chore than an enjoyable game.
