Technical question about Nintendo accounts

Hi,
I am trying to set up a second Switch console and my user, that's linked to my email account that is registered with Nintendo is able to play the games but when I add extra users for kids to play multiplayer games, they can't access the games. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any advice.

I'm only just seeing this, so I'm sure you've figured it out by now (hopefully!), but maybe this will help someone else!

It sounds like you have two Switch consoles, both attached to your Nintendo account. Additional users will only be able to play digital games on the primary console (the first console your Nintendo account was attached to), and not any additional (non-primary) consoles. For others to be able to play the games you've purchased digitally, you would need to make that console the primary console. If anyone needs help knowing how to change their primary console, here's some info on it.
