Yes, and it has to be designed perfectly for the Bells as it's 700,000 Bells I'm willing to pay out because Team Galactic is worth spending on and I also have another 399,000,000 AC:CF Bells, so it don't bother me much, plus I share 50% power equally with RockmanEXE (Cyrus) so I'm fine with splashing out on Designs, the only problem is, I only have one I can get rid of in my Patterns and that's for my Charon Uniform...
