TBT's news system upgrade

- Multiple categories
- Shorter URLs (which would also work on NSider if it still existed)
- Word Filter
- Easier spam prevention thing
- No "powered by cutenews" at bottom ( and no, I didn't break the law / ToS <.< )
- (adding news) Journalists don't need their news approved
- (adding news) Quick tags
- Advanced Search (feature is hidden at the moment: possibly coming soon)

I was also trying to make the news post's title come up in the title part of the browser, but I ran into some problems. I'll probably work on that in the future though. If you use the news system to post in the GL or your blog, Bulerias and I will talk to you (or talk to us if we don't).

edit: This is because the news system ACP is not in the same place anymore. If you login to the same one, you'll be logging in to the old one and your news won't show up anywhere.

edit2: The blogs are not changed yet... is anyone planning on posting in their blog any time soon?

I'm guessing you're talking about this: "(adding news) Journalists don't need their news approved"

Well no one is an editor anymore. However, if you are frequent poster of the GL, you can be promoted (the only difference now is that editors can edit anyone's post while journalists can only edit their own).
