What's the conversion rate of 1 TBT/BTB to IGB? Is it acceptable to trade the two?

I've seen people trading for it, but the Re-Tail boards really aren't the place for transactions for TBT. If you plan on trading TBT you should post on the TBT Marketplace.

I don't think anyone converts amounts lower than 25TBT. the going rate is 20mil (25mil if you're lucky) per 100TBT.

5 TBT = 1,000,000 IGB
10 TBT = 2,000,000 IGB
15 TBT = 3,000,000 IGB
20 TBT = 4,000,000 IGB
50 TBT = 10,000,000 IGB
100 TBT = 20,000,000 IGB
