Well, if someone recently moved out, and nobody adopted them, they would get 'voided'. If someone visits that town with nine or less villagers or vice versa, they have a chance of getting that voided villager.

gates are open!! there should be all the bells in front of the station you're better off just running to the post office for your bank, and you can end the session by leaving when you're done!
