Trading TBT for IGB

I only have around 200+ TBT at the moment, but I'd like to pay off a couple things quickly in my second town. It's preferred that the bells are dropped off in my town.

10 TBT = 2 mil IGB
30 TBT = 5 mil IGB
50 TBT = 10 mil IGB
100 TBT = 20 mil IGB
