Trading TBT for IGB

I have 700 TBT right now and I don't really use it for anything besides buying the occasional villager/item so I'd like to trade some for IGB. I'm working on completely paying off my mayor's house and my side character's houses (so 3 houses total) and I'm going to need a lot of IGB to do so. I'll offer TBT for IGB, and I'll be doing an exchange rate of 1 TBT = 200K IGB.

I'd prefer to do the trades in these increments:
10 TBT = 2 mill IGB
25 TBT = 5 mill IGB
50 TBT = 10 mill IGB
