all you need to do is fill up the flea market in retail with flowers/fruit/random crap and price them all at 999,999 bells. when i come over i'll buy two at a time, drop them outside, and keep running back & forth to the post office abd until we've done 70mil's worth. here's a guide as well in case you're still unclear c:
