TBT Bells and in-Game Bells equivalence

When I sell series and themes in Animal Crossing, I sell the entire set for 100,000 in-game Bells. What would be the proper equivalence for something you can get for 100,000 Bells from someone? 100 TBT Bells perhaps? I am no greedy pig.

current rate is 1 BTB to 35,000 to 50,000 in game bells.

So if you sell sets for 100,000. They are worth around 2 BTB.

100tbt=5 million acnl bells. This is approximate.

Okay. I am just wondering. 5 million Bells is not the appropriate price of a theme, so when I sell a theme for TBT Bells ever, I would expect just 2 Bells.
