But it would be really awesome to see your character walk into this box and the door slam shut. The it starts shaking like crazy with spray stuff shooting out the sides...
Then when the door opens your character is all dizzy. XP

But imagine if it is a slider selector, we would get all those comments and photos about people messing up with the wrong color like they do hair. >.<

The way you described it, I can see that happening in the world of Animal Crossing. I was also thinking that there would be a slider selector. That or they could drop down a color palette like the peach scheme in the pattern editor that allows you to make clothes. It does go from light to dark and I think that would be great for being able to see what you're doing with a visual added.

i want there to be sunblock that lasts for a day if the tans ever become permanent (and they should be permanent) but i kinda prefer being tanned by the sun, idk why tho.

Or they can add in some kind of skin lotion that reduce your tan level by 1 if you ever get a tan (permanently).

im a lightskinned asian so like i dont mind my characters skin color too much (well you can barely see my mayors skin anyway because they wear a gas mask and a long sleeve dress) , but i would love to have darker side characters in my towns. having to use the island to tan is so annoying. tbh i feel like it should be asked like how they determine your face. i mean, most people use guides anyway so. if they get the wrong skintone they can just reset. and if they want to change it later they can perhaps go to the salon or something. i dont really care if the idea of a tanning booth is advertising the idea of tanning, but i just feel like its saying that the white skintone is the default color. like..idk if you understand me but adding a tanning booth in kinda says that other skintones arent uh..idk. (theyre already doing it right now so) but to be simple i feel like there are better ways to include skin color diversity.
