Tangy is in boxes but I don't want her to leave

So I was time travelling and now shes in boxes.. is there anything I can do to keep her? Maybe someone could hold her for me but I'm not sure how that works

I think once a villager is in boxes there's no stopping them. And someone can hold her for you I'm pretty sure, but you have to go through a villager cycle before you can get Tangy in your town again

Sadly she's gone once she's in boxes. :c
You can cycle through 10 villagers, to bring her back, however.

But if you have her amiibo card, you can bring her back at any time.

I believe it's actually 16 villagers you need to cycle through before you can get a villager back
