Tammi's birthday? On April fool's day?

My birthday is on April 2nd, and I was just checking villager birthdays in April, when I saw...
Tammi's birthday is on April 1st! I don't have her in my town, so what I want to know is... does she have a party on that day? And if so, does that mean her picture is impossible to get on April Fool's Day? Or does Blanca just invade the birthday party?
