Some Canadian guy and his band were traveling to the US to play a couple shows. They were flying United airlines, and when baggage was getting loaded onto the plane someone said "hey, they're throwing guitars out there!" and the guy and his band mates looked out the window in horror. His $3,500 guitar ended up being smashed by the careless baggage people... and United Airlines refused to pay for the guy's guitar. After 9 month's of trying to get United to take responsibility he gave up... and did this:
Wow I can't believe people would throw around a guitar, wouldn't they know what it was by the shape of the case? I would be upset too. The youtube video was a good idea too since you can spread the word fast about the story.
