"Tales of" series

I know the Tales games have a following in the states/Europe, so I thought I'd make a thread where the fans could come together

My little brother is probably the biggest fan I know of, and got me into the series. The Zelos keychain on my backpack proves it

The newest game, Tales of Xillia 2 is coming out in less than 2 weeks in here Japan! So I made a english subtitled video of the trailer they showed at the Tokyo Game Show (or "TGS"). (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFobg1s85x4&feature=g-user-u)

So everyone, what is your favorite Tales game? For me it might be Tales of Graces F...It was one of the first ones I played. But this new one looks really awesome too.

After a long time I finally got Tales of the Abyss for the 3DS and I love it..
except I found a game-breaking glitch and I have to restart. >_>

The rest look pretty good, just I don't have the consoles for them ;-;

My favorite Tales game is Symphonia mostly because I've completed that one. I enjoyed playing as Sheena once I got her. The strong female characters usually end up my favorites. I've seen Vesperia and Abyss played through though. Vesperia's environments were probably the most beautiful of the three in my opinion; the game was a joy to see. I recently purchased Graces f. Unfortunately I haven't accessed the f portion because I'm stuck fighting Lambda. Great story though.

My opinion on the "Tales of" games is similar to Agent Kite's. Though unfortuneatly the only ones I've had a chance to play are Symphonia and Symphonia: Dawn of the New world. He's showed me parts from Graces, Vespiria, and Abyss. I think over all it's an amazing series and I wish I could have gotten into it a lot sooner than I did. The environments are beautiful and the dungeon areas are atmospheric. I had wanted to buy Symphonia when I saw it in Nintendo Power, but it was not released yet and I forgot all about it by the time it had been.

Zelos and Sheena are my favorite characters. Though I always played as Zelos because I have problems playing as Sheena. xD

I loved Tales of Vespiria the most, the tales series is wonderful.

I've played Symphonia, Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, Legendia, Abyss, Vesperia (haven't beaten it yet though ), Graces F, and some others I can't remember... I have the Vesperia movie too which I LOVED. I'm currently playing Xillia, and I have Xillia 2 preordered as well! SO EXCITED!!!

My fave so far has got to be Tales of Graces F. I've beaten it like 3 times now AND I got a Sophie plush custom made!! XD Also cosplayed as Sophie... yep... obsessed much? Hahahah.

Tales of is one my favorite series! I played Symphonia, Symphonia : Dawn of the New World, Vesperia, Graces f, Abyss and I started Xilia.

So far, Symphonia stays my favorite for many reasons. It's the first one I played. I really liked the story and the characters. My second favorite would be Abyss.
