Taking part of events while time traveling

I'm a hopper. I do a day at a time. I only time travel because I want to play longer even though I'm out of what I want to do. Or I need a timed thing or what ever.
This leads to a problem, seasonal events.... Is there a way I could take part of them without breaking all time laws and going backwards.
I actually first started time traveling because I accidentally picked a Northern Island and I did not want a snow filled island when I'm sick of snow being north IRL
Any advise?

Yeah! Just do the activities when you are doing your daily hopping. You might choose not to TT for a bit to hunt baloons for seasonal DIYs.

I mean it's November on my island, could I still do say a Halloween event when it turns irl October even though it's say December on my island?
