Taiwanese Bopomofo keyboard help

So I'm trying to test out this keyboard and I have a hard time trying to covert the Chinese characters.

So I wanna type 雨, which you would have to type ㄩ and then 3, but when I do that, a different character, 與 comes up and I don't know how to change that.

Yes, that's it but I wanna type 雨 and it's apparently the same pronunciation. It just comes up as the other character and there's no conversion thing to like change the character. There is a conversion thing in the simplified Chinese keyboard but not this one for some reason

雨 on some keyboards need to have "yv" written since the tone marks are diff. lol sorry i really dont know what you mean exactly.

yes a "v" not a "u" maybe thats what it is?

It's not that. There are like a few characters that have the same pronunciation and tones but it wont let me do something like this:

They all have the same sound and it allows you to look through to see which character you're looking for, but in my case it just inputs a random character and it won't let me do the conversion thing above so IDK how to get the other characters. :/

maybe its one of those things where you input the pinyin and then the tone number? like "yu3"? or perhaps "yu" and then the number that corresponds with the character you want?

Yeah that's what I'm doing, ㄩ(yu)+3

but it still won't let me change the character to what i want.

OMG, I JUST FIGURED OUT HOW TO CONVERT IT TO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS, I HAD TO USE THE ARROW KEYS LOL
