I got the "nose thingy" for the seasonal flu and the vaccine for the swine flu. The "nose thingy" just feels a little weird. The vaccine just feels a bit sore after words. The shot itself didn't hurt at all. Then again I get about 5 shots a day (I have type 1 juvenile diabetes) so I'm used to it. I'd say get the vaccine.
