Swap Note Help :/

I know this isn't really about animal crossing but
It has to do with me sending pics using swap note.
It won't send out any notes that are ready to be sent , it also says that none waiting to be sent
And it says that I have non incoming when I'm sure I do.
Sorry if it's confusing but I updated my 3ds and everything since I haven't played in a whileeeeee.
Please help thanks in advance

I might be mistaken, but I think you need to allow the sharing of pictures through spot pass.

I did that as well. But even for regular swap notes with no pictures it still doesn't send anything :/

are you sure it doesn't send at all, maybe the recipients just don't reply?
