Super thin spoiler

How can I create a spoiler that has not title and doesn't say "spoiler" and looks super thin? I believe I have managed to create one before, but I cannot remember how I did it.

Just make a Spoiler, but instead of adding a title, add a space.

Example:

Spoiler:

 

[The Hidden Owl]

example:

Spoiler:

[/spoiler

so after the '=' put one space

If you want to make a small one you can use a table like this
