Well I opened and reopened. But if it still doesn't open up, then it isn't going to work. I think Nintendo is doing service maintainance. If you still want her we will have to try again tomorrow.

He definitely still wants her!! He said he'll try one more time and if it doesn't work he can do it any time that's convenient for you tomorrow

I'm going to give him my log in information for the website so that you guys can communicate directly tomorrow. He said around 1PM EST would be a good ballpark time for him.
