Hello! Welcome to my art thread!!

For those who've been following my old thread for a while, you might be wondering why I went out of my way to make a new one. Well, almost everything on there is now outdated and I was due for a clean slate anyway. This is supposed to serve as my intro post so that's why there isn't any art here...yet! I hope to polish this up in the distant future. For now, I'll probably share a few pieces in a separate post tomorrow.

OK, here's what I made recently, like I promised. (P.S. I have even more, but I'd rather keep those to myself >w<)

First off, I made a new OC! His name is Chow and and he's Crisp's brother. I even made a reference sheet for him! And just so you know, he's purple because I really, really like Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

I also updated Crisp's reference sheet so I could mention him as well. For those who don't know already, Crisp is basically my fursona hehe. (She is different from me in a lot of ways though.) I feel tempted to remake her ref because even though it's informative it's sooo messy, but I don't feel ready...yet! >_<

Here's a sketch I did of Chow and Obsidian (another OC of mine who's based on Kieran from Pokémon). I always loved to play around with the idea of them dating for some reason. I dunno why, tbh! But it doesn't matter because they're perfect for each other.

And to end it off, here are my new Flipnote Studio drawings! I rediscovered my N2DS XL early in October, which had the OG DSi app installed because I hacked it. As you can see, I enjoy using it to make little pieces!

P.S. The third drawing is of Char, who doesn't belong to me and was made by @ZeldaCrossing64. The last two drawings use references from here and Dog Man: Grime and Punishment, respectively.

Merry belated Christmas ya filthy animals

I don't have much today due to not having a lot of ideas on what to draw, so here's what I did for @/Shawnfuzz in Balverine's annual Secret Santa Art Exchange.

Spoiler: Variants

Due to layering issues that are all my fault, there is no signature on the Rocko drawing. I edited in the snowflakes with Canva because I was lazy. :P

I found Rocko pretty fun to draw, and even though it took me a while to figure out the backdrop I like the final result! I had a bit of a harder time with Rodney though, because I wanted him to look more...palatable in my art style. But beyond that, it was very nice drawing some characters for the first time, and for someone I know at that!

And here's a bonus before I go: my Crisp 3DS theme! It's one of my favorite things I ever made and I really loved how it came out. Here's a screenshot and a photo of my N2DS with the theme because why not...

FYI, this won't be released to the public unless there's enough demand for it.

This'll be my last post for this year. I'll see you on 2026! Do Good!​

But wait, those are two completely different characters! What do a psychokinetic cyborg fish (from Dog Man) and a war veteran bear (from Happy Tree Friends) have in common!? Well they're both named Flippy. Ever since my friend got into HTF, I would always joke about this wonderful coincidence inside my head lol. It led me to draw them out, and I think I did alright. It was also my first time drawing a HTF character; while I did the show's style here (kind of), I'm considering drawing some other characters in the same way I draw my OCs. I think it'd be fun!

I'm also planning out a webcomic starring those OCs of mine. I haven't drawn any panels yet, but I'm still adding to my script. I'm sure some of you might like it! I also have a test comic in the works so I could get a basic idea on how I could deal with the medium, and I already have the first page posted to the Sketchbook thread. It'll be a while until everything's done though, because I'm still at school.​

All your stuff is really cute! But that Rocko looks like it's actual merch, not something someone else made. Looks amazing! That background is PERFECT for Rocko. I'm gagged at how good that pic is.
